Welcome to Sunflower Bank eStatements!

Sunflower Bank is pleased to introduce eStatements! After enrolling for our new eStatement service, you'll receive electronic statements when available - containing the same information as your paper statements!

To get started receiving eStatements, you must accept the terms and conditions below. Please note, when you begin receiving eStatements, you will no longer receive paper statements from Sunflower Bank. Please read carefully the information below prior to giving your consent.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Consent. In order for you to enroll in Sunflower Bank's eStatements and receive your account statements and notices pertaining to your account electronically, we need your consent. By agreeing to have your Bank Statements sent electronically, you agree to notify Sunflower Bank immediately at 1-888-827-5564 of any change in your email address, or any errors or complications relating to your electronic receipt or access to your Bank Statements. In addition, you will be able to view all bank notices and statement inserts online.
If you elect to receive your bank statements and notices through electronic delivery, Sunflower Bank will no longer send your statements through the mail. In addition, notices and statement inserts will no longer arrive through the mail.
Your consent, given by clicking "I Agree" below, authorizes Sunflower Bank to notify you electronically of periodic bank statements including bank notices and inserts, and will discontinue your paper statements, notices and inserts.
To discontinue this electronic delivery service or update your account information (such as any change in your email address), please email your request to customerservice@sunflowerbank.com, or call Sunflower Bank at 1-888-827-5564.
Please note, if discontinuing eStatements, it may take up to 10 days for Sunflower Bank to implement your request, and afterward, you will no longer receive your statements electronically. No fees will be charged for discontinuing the service.
Each month or statement cycle, Sunflower Bank will email you a notification that your bank statement is ready. You will be transported to your current statement by simply clicking a link in your email and logging in securely to our eStatement site.
Sunflower Bank will receive reports indicating whether or not you have viewed your Bank Statements, notices and inserts. If you have not viewed your Bank Statement within 5 days of it being made available to you, a reminder email will be sent. If you have not viewed your Bank Statement within 10 days of it being made available to you, a paper bank statement will be mailed to you.
 
2. Our Requirements. The same terms apply with respect to electronically delivered Bank Statements as for those delivered in paper form, and the Deposit Agreements and disclosures that you have previously entered into with, or received from Sunflower Bank remain in effect. In addition, all promotional statement inserts will be viewable online only. In order for you to view your electronic statements and electronic notices, you will need a computer with Internet access and a viable web browser such as Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. You will also need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you have not already done so, you may install a free Reader now by clicking below. You also must provide Sunflower Bank with an current email address, which will be used to notify you when each new electronic statement is available.
 
3. Privacy. Sunflower Bank’s current privacy notice will apply to the eStatement service. The email address you provided to us will be used in accordance with that notice to deliver your Bank Statements to you. It will not be released or sold to any third party.
